Bookings 2024 Season

Bookings for 2024 will be open as from 29th April for pitch only

If you wish to you may hire a Bell Tent from Devon Belles once your booking with us has been confirmed

For the 2024 season there is a minimum two night bookings with flexible arrival days and our pitch rate is £65.00 per night. Maximum occupancy per pitch is four adults OR two adults and three children, with a total maximum occupancy of five.

As a small and intimate site, Old Bidlake is the perfect location if you are looking for an exclusive camping venue for up to forty people.

Booking Enquiries

We have deliberately resisted the use of an instant booking and payment system. We don’t want to force you into a decision which requires the immediate parting of cash. Having said that we will reply to your enquiry as quickly as possible and always within twenty four hours (except during our winter closure period). You then have seventy two hours to confirm your booking by full payment. Please note that if confirmation and payment are not received within three days the provisional booking will be cancelled.

Payments can be made by bank transfer or Paypal. If cancellation is made within 30 days of your holiday we regret that no refund will be paid unless we are able to re-sell your holiday. If this is possible 75% of total cost will be refunded. Cancellations prior to 30 days will be refunded 75% of total cost. We would always encourage guests to take out holiday insurance to provide cover for such events.

We are happy for you to contact us to ask any questions at all about the campsite and the area. We don’t just want to fill our pitches, we want you to have a fantastic holiday and for us to exceed your expectations.

Regretfully we do not allow dogs on site.
